WEEK 6: PCB Development

WEEK 6

I doing the PCB process at PCB Room  UNIKL BMI.

 Firstly we tap the schematic diagram of the UV
board that we  buy.

 Than we  put the UV board in the UV box











Than we set for 60 seconds to heating the UV board

After that, we that out the schematic  plastic and the diagram  alreadly scan on UV board after we heating it.Than we clamp it on the board.

















 Than we put the  UV board into the machine to process  clean the UV board



















This is the acid to clean out totally  the UV board

We put the UV board into the box with acid  and it will clean out the UV totally.So it will produce PCB layout on the board.
